Wow. This program is just crazy. Ab Ripper followed by Ab Ripper X back to back in under 30 minutes. It tool me 2 months to be able to do all the reps of Ab Ripper X at the pace Tony sets. Fortunately in this one he has a little mercy on us and only does 20 reps per exercise not 25,
