This workout followed on the heels of Butt and Belly (I Dare You). At first when I heard the title I was surprised that Abs would be back in the rotation so quickly. It is another alternating workout, Back then Belly; for pull ups Tony aims for 20 for most sets and for abs 30 with a few exceptions. It is a slower pace than most of Tony's workouts, with mini breaks between most sets. You will definitely feel the burn on this one. The specific exercises are:

Filmed on Tony's 51st birthday, there is a lot of joking and fun in this workout. Even though it is just 36 minutes it is a great workout, especially if you combine it with one
