Exercise Update 2017-04-27

To be brutally honest my weight is not where I would like it to be. I have gained back about ½ the weight I lost 4 years ago. My weight has barely changed since January 1st. But I love the body weight exercises that are part of Exodus 90, that were created by by Mike Short, from Intentional Encounter. My knees still hurt often, but between the Exodus 90 program and Karate twice a week I am starting to feel a difference.
