Mango Beets - Smoothie Saturdays

Mango Beets

Ingredients:
1tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Lemon pealed
1/4 Lime pealed
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 Beet quartered
1 cup Chopped Frozen Kale
Water to max line

Nutritional Information:
261 Calories
49g Carbs
5g Fat
11g Protein
24g Sugar



 I use a NutriBullet so combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy. If juicing then skip the water.
